guys, I know it’s been awhile, I have a lot going on but I will try to keep up,

most of your questions. Okay am sure most of you have heard of turmeric or seen
it on Indian movies, it is that yellow paste that is placed on newborns head
for good luck, applied on the brides face during a Bengali wedding and rubbed
into the borders of weddings saris.
Turmeric
has been a staple in India for several millennia, but the yellow “magical” powder
has traveled round the world. Turmeric is one of the best spice I love because
it is multipurpose, I mix it with my African black soap and use as shower
gel, I use it as a facial mask and I drink it as tea. You see that’s a lot, so
it’s always in the powder form which I make and sell so if you want some turmeric

go-to after my daily exercise.
Turmeric Detox
Tea;
Turmeric powder is a yellow spice with subtle flavor. It is a rhizome family
like ginger. It has been cultivated in India for centuries. It can be used, however
there several forms of turmeric aside the fresh root such as capsules,
tincture, fluid extracts.the turmeric detox tea contains other ingredients like ginger, lemon, honey. I use
powdered turmeric and fresh ginger. The rest ingredients was chosen carefully
to work well with the turmeric. I need to get the best out of my turmeric. This
tea also help maintain my weight, alongside portions. It gives me a boost and aids digestion. The health benefits are numerous
and the taste is amazing. If you like you can add a little cinnamon and coconut
milk.
Turmeric; Turmeric powder
is a deep yellow spice with subtle flavor. It belongs to the ginger family. It
has been highly cultivated in India for centuries. It can be used in beauty
products, cuisines, medicine to mention a few. It contains curcumin which has
anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. It can be used in your regular
daily body detox or your body reset. Its numerous qualities makes it one of the
most effective spices on earth and a potent healer. Research shows it fights
cancer cells, arthritis, and free radicals.
Lemon; lemon is my go-to
for a quick boost of vitamin C, am kinda obsessed with it. Lemon water has so
many qualities. Lemon is rich in antioxidants, it gives a brighter, radiant and
younger skin. It is loaded with great properties. It aids in digestion. It clean
the liver and reduce harmful and toxic substances from the body.
Ginger; ginger has always
been present in my home growing up, my mum is greatly obsessed with ginger. She
drink the fresh ginger tea, use it for cooking and a lot of other stuffs she
enjoys using ginger. It has high anti-inflammatory components. It settles the
stomachs. Research has shown that ginger kills ovarian cancer cell, fights
morning sickness, motion sickness. It is very potent for fighting flu and cold.
Honey; honey is the
best sweetener. It is rich in anti-bacterial, quick energy boost. Great for
flu.
INGREDIENTS
- · 20cl of warm water
- · 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger
- · 1 tablespoon of grounded turmeric
- · 2 medium size lemons
- · 1 tablespoon of honey
DIRECTIONS
- · Put in the measured turmeric in a mug
- · Add hot water then stir
- · Add the grated ginger
- · Then leave in for several minutes then stir
- · Then filter using a sieve into another mug
- · Then add your freshly squeeze lemon juice
- · Finally add honey
Now
your tea is done, allow to cool down a bit then drink up. Enjoy this health boost

that if you are on a lot prescriptions, do talk to your doctor before taking
turmeric. Do start taking it on low dose.
